This notice explains how AppYard handles personal information when you join our waitlist. Plain language only — not legal advice.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we ask for:
- your email address (required);
- whether you are an iPhone user or a developer (required);
- your name (optional);
- app or company name if you are a developer (optional);
- launch interests (optional); and
- agreement to receive waitlist updates (required).
Why we collect it
We use this information to operate the waitlist, send updates about AppYard, and understand interest from users and developers in Australia. We do not sell personal information.
How we store it
Waitlist details are stored on secure infrastructure operated by our hosting providers. Access is limited to people who need it to run AppYard.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist records while we prepare to launch and for a reasonable period afterwards unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
